JKY75/65E III two stages bricks making extruder is a two stages hard plastic vacuum extruder. This brick making machine is designed and manufactured in concept of European technologies. JKY75/65E III-4.0 vacuum extruder is able to extrude 30000 to 50000 pcs standard Chinese bricks per hour. The output is high and the energy consumption is low. The permit extrusion pressure is bigger, and the extruded green bricks are with higher strength. This extruder is used to make hollow thermal insulation bricks, ganged bricks, decorative bricks, etc from raw materials like shale, coal gangue, fly ash, tailings, and construction soils, etc.

2. Main features:

(1) The vacuum extruder’s receiving reamer diameter is 750mm (1st stage), and the extruding reamer diameter is 650mm (2nd stage).
(2) Main axle assembly is heavy and tough, with bigger safety factor.
(3) The auger and reamer are made of high chromium alloy Cr20Mo. The auger is casted by aluminum mold with bigger density materials and superior wear resistance.
(4) Gearbox is advanced Chinese famous brand hard tooth gearbox; first stage gearbox is 5200kg and second stage gearbox is 11200kg. The transmission efficiency is high.
(5) The mixing axle, extrusion axle material is 40Cr and tempering treated.
(6) The mixing reamer adopts a sheath structure, and the reamer is not perforated, worn nor broken.
