Automatic Twin Group Stack Robots 700KG Brick Auto Cut Transfer Stack
1. Brief introduction
The twin group stack robots 700kgs automatic brick cut and stack line is applied for high output automatic brick factory. It is composed of two paralleling auto cut and stack lines. The line is arranged following the extruder, cut the mud bars into bricks, transfer, turnover the brick direction, and stack the bricks onto kiln cars or dryer racks depending on the baking technologies. The whole process is controlled by PLC and could be remote controlled.
The twin group stack line is composed of one column cutter, one billet cutter, two billet turnover group machines, two robots of 700kgs, PLC control system, conveyor belts, and etc.
