1. Brief introduction:


Movable tunnel kiln, also known as ‘rotary kiln ’, for its moving track is a circle, is an improvement and upgrade of tunnel kiln. Its biggest feature is that the brick stack does not move while the kiln body rotates. The kiln body is all made of steel structure and runs along a circular track. From front to back, it is divided into drying section, preheating section, roasting section, heat preservation section and cooling section. The billet splitting machine runs in the same direction as the kiln body, and stacks billets while splitting them. The rotating and moving kiln body moves forward intermittently on the track, the front section "eats" the bricks, and the rear end "spits out" the finished bricks and completes the whole process of drying-preheating-roasting-cooling-bricks in sequence.


Compared with the ordinary tunnel kiln, the bricks of the movable tunnel kiln are stacked once on the bottom of the circular kiln and moved through the kiln body to complete the burning of the bricks, so no trolley or additional equipment is required. The general cross-section of the traditional tunnel kiln is 2.7-4.5 meters, while the general cross-section of the circular tunnel kiln can reach about 16 meters, which can “eat” more bricks at a time and increase productivity.


Firing bricks requires the consumption of coal. Improving thermal efficiency is the key point of brick firing technology. The sintering temperature of the bricks varies between 850 °C and 980 °C. The rotary tunnel kiln is made of alumina silicate refractory bricks, which not only can reduce the weight of the kiln body and the stress of thermal expansion and contraction of the kiln body. Greatly improve thermal insulation, maintain the temperature of the kiln for a long time, use more bricks at a time, and the heat of internal combustion can effectively increase the temperature in the kiln body and save fuel. In normal tunnel kilns, it is necessary to locate the air supply under the car to prevent the high-temperature combustion gases from escaping and burning the car. The bricks of the rotary kiln are placed directly on the floor, so there is no need for air supply from the bottom of the trolley, and the floor temperature is used directly and fully.



2. The main advantages of the movable tunnel kiln:

c. High degree of automation - the application of advanced technologies such as robot automatic blank stacking, big mantis automatic blank stacking, and automatic packaging has greatly improved the degree of mechanical automation.
d. High yield rate - one code burning, double drying, real-time temperature monitoring, simple operation process, high yield rate.
e. Green and environmental protection - fully respond to national environmental protection requirements and provide professional environmental protection supporting design.
f. Low equipment maintenance cost - the rotary tunnel kiln does not require kiln cars, jacking cars and ferry machines.
g. Stable and reliable operation - the unique track and sleeper structure combined with construction patents; the track radius error is less than 5mm.
h. Short construction period - the kiln construction period is only 120 days.
