1. Brief introduction
The parallel twin robots automatic cut transfer turnover stack line is applied for high output modern brick making factory. It realizes cut, transfer, gap, turnover, stack green bricks onto kiln cars or dryer racks automatically. The whole process is controlled by PLC.
The automatic cut and stack line is composed of column cutter, billet cutter, auto billet store table, two billet turnover group machines, two robots of 500kgs, PLC control system, and etc.
