Brief introduction:

2PC1412 /SPC2010 double-door double-rotor bottomless hammer crusher is a new type of raw material fine crushing equipment. It is suitable for high moisture content soft rock materials crushing. The double rotor hammer mill is introduced and adopted US technology. It is designed for simple maintenance, economical and durable, more powder material, higher output, and lower energy consumption.

The two rotors of the hammer crusher are distributed up and down at an angle of 45°, the width of the rotor is bigger, material crushing process is sufficient, more materials powder, less returning material, higher output, and less the energy consumption.

The hammer has no screen bottom, is not easy to block materials, and has relatively low requirements on the moisture of raw materials. Both up and down doors can be opened, which facilitates the replacement of liner, hammer head, internal cleaning and maintenance.
