1. Product description

Ceramic fiber folding modules are made of ceramic fiber needled blankets and processed on special machinery according to the module’s structure and size. During the processing, a certain proportion of compression is maintained to ensure that the ceramic fiber folding module expands in different directions after installed in the wall lining, so that the ceramic fiber modules are extruded into a seamless whole. The ceramic fiber folding module can be directly fixed on the steel plate anchor nail of the industrial kiln shell through various forms of anchors.


2. Product features

1) Various forms of anchors on the back of the folding module enable the installation of the folding module to adopt either parallel arrangement or patchwork construction and installation.
2) The ceramic fiber modules will squeeze each other in different directions without gaps after being unbound
3)  Elastic fiber blanket can resist external mechanical forces
4)  The elasticity of fiber blanket can make up for the deformation of furnace shell, so that there is no gap between components
5)  Due to its light weight, it has little heat absorption when used as thermal insulation material
6)  Low thermal conductivity brings high energy-saving effect
7)  The lining body does not need drying or curing, so it can be put into use immediately after installation
8) The anchor system is away from the hot surface of the component, so that the metal anchor is at a relatively low temperature
