Aluminum Silicate Fiber Module High Temperature Flame Retardant Ceramic Fiber


1. Product description

The aluminum silicate fiber modules are made from needle-punched ceramic fiber mats and processed on special machines depending on the structure and dimensions of the module. During processing, a certain degree of compression is maintained to ensure that the flexible ceramic fiber module expands in different directions when installed into the wall covering, so that the ceramic fiber modules are extruded as a unit. The ceramic fiber folding module can be directly attached to the anchor nail of the steel plate of the industrial furnace shell with various anchors.


2. Product features

1) Different anchor shapes on the back of the folding module allow the folding module to be installed in a parallel or patchwork pattern.
2) Ceramic fiber modules are compressed in different directions without gaps when dissolving.
3) The flexible fiber layer can withstand external mechanical forces.
4) The flexibility of the fiber jacket can compensate for the deformation of the furnace shell. This means there is no space between the elements.
5) Due to its low weight, it has low heat absorption when used as a thermal insulation material
6) The low thermal conductivity guarantees a high energy saving effect
7) The cladding body does not require drying or curing and can therefore be used immediately be used during installation.
8) The anchoring system is located away from the hot surface of the element so that the metal anchor is at a relatively low temperature
