1. Brief introduction:

JKB50-3.0 Vacuum extruder is developed on basis of JKR45 Vacuum extruder. The vacuum pressure is 3.0 MPa. The tank diameter is designed bigger. It is suitable for bricks made of raw materials like barren mountain mud, shale, fly ash, gangue and coal with soft plastic extrusion shaping. The hourly output of the extruder is 10,000-20,000 pcs bricks.

The extruder has strong rigidity, compact structure, high extrusion pressure, and good sealing performance, especially the design of the main shaft total stroke, which improves the assembly and maintenance process. The gears of the gearbox are made of 35GrMo and 42GrMo alloy steel with medium hard tooth surfaces, greatly improving the contact strength of the tooth surface and extending the service life of the gearbox.
