1. Brief introduction:
JYY75C II 4.0 Extruder is developed in reference of USA extruder technologies. The extruder could output 20,000-35,000 pcs standard bricks in one hour. The extrusion pressure is high to 4.0 Mpa, which allows low moisture for the output green bricks, thus saving energy for drying process. With different molds, the extruder could extrude single mud bar or two mud bar, with good adaptability to automatic cut-stack-transfer production line. The applicable raw materials are wide, such as coal shale, coal gangue, fly ash, tailings, and construction soils, etc.

JKY75C II vacuum extruder is well designed with big safety factors and good structure stiffness. The main shaft is 30% heavier than market similar product. Auger and reamer are made of high chromium alloy by precision aluminum mold casting, with bigger material density and wear resistance. The gearbox adopts Chinese name brand hard tooth gearbox and NGC’s transmission technologies with high transmission efficiency. The axles of mixing and extruding are made of 40Cr after quenching and tempering treatment.
