1. Brief introduction:

JKY55/50-4.0 Vacuum extruder is developed on basis of JKB50-3.0 Vacuum extruder. The vacuum pressure could be up to 4.0MPa. The tank diameter is designed bigger. It is suitable for bricks made of raw materials like barren mountain mud, shale, fly ash, gangue and coal with soft plastic extrusion shaping. The hourly output of the extruder is 16,000-20,000 pcs bricks.

The gearboxes of the first stage and second stage extruder are medium hard tooth surfaces ZQA, which greatly improves the contact strength of the tooth surfaces and prolongs the lifespan of the gearbox.

The extruder shell is welded by superior quality steel, which is reliable, durable. The wearing shafts, augers and reamers are made of high chromium alloy, with higher service life. The extruder is with reasonable design and could be easily installed and operated at customer’s brick factory.
