Heavy Duty Double Stages Vacuum Extruder Hourly Output 45K-60K PCS

JKY80-70 heavy duty double stages vacuum extruder is a new generation heavy duty vacuum extruder. It is specially designed for high output brick making plant with hourly 45,000 to 60,000 pcs green bricks. The raw materials of forming bricks could be soil, shale, coal gangue, fly ash, etc.  Due to the high extrusion pressure of 4.0MPa and the lower requirement of forming moisture content, JKY80-70 extruder is suitable to make hollow insulated bricks with multiple mud strips with higher output.

This receiving reamer diameter is 800mm, and the extrusion reamer diameter is 700mm. The extruder is equipped with hard tooth surface gearbox with superior structural design, which makes the vacuum extruder have higher transmission efficiency and lower energy consumption. The matching augers, reamer, lining board are all made of high chromium alloy material, which has higher wear resistance and better stability.

2. Main features:

（1）Good structural rigidity, high chromium alloy is used for the auger and cutter, with good wear resistance.

（2）High allowable extrusion pressure, low molding water content, high brick void ratio, and high green bricks stack layers.

（3）Suitable for sintered products such as hollow bricks, thermal insulation blocks, wall panel bricks, etc. using coal gangue, fly ash, shale, tailings, sludge, and slag as raw materials.
