Spiral Stone Remove Machine Soil Stone Remover

Brief introduction:

Spiral stone remove machine is used to remove the stones from brick making raw materials. It is especially suitable for the raw materials below medium-hardness (Platins hardness 4-5), such as mountain mud and construction soil’s coarse crushing and stone removal.

It can effectively rolling and kneading the materials between the two rollers. The crushed material drop to the conveyor belt from below, and the stones are removed through the stone discharge port to realize removing stones in the mud.

The entire machine is composed of a spiral roller assembly and a flat roller assembly, with a compact structure. The surface of the spiral roller sleeve is coated with wear-resistant material, with higher surface hardness, better wear resistance, stronger stone removal effect, and lower power consumption.
