Plate Feeder
This machine is suitable for building materials industries such as mines, chemicals, bricks, tiles etc. It takes loose materials from storage bins or yards and transport them to downstream equipment. It runs smoothly, has reliable performance, and easily to operate and maintain.
Plate feeder has two types of assembly (installation): left and right transmission. The transmission mechanism on the right side of the material running direction is the right transmission. On the contrary, it is the left driven (assembled according to the user's requirements). It mainly composed of coupling, reducer, transmission part, drive part, chain belt, tension part and other parts.
Before installation, each part should be clean, complete and check whether the parts are damaged, the required tool preparation. When installation, using lifting equipment first make host part and transmission part hanging on the foundation, adjusting each axis parallelism, reducer output shaft and drive shaft at the same level, fixed after all adjustment. Rotate the tensioning screw to adjust the tensioning part so that the tension of the two chains can be adjusted evenly. The chain belt meshes with the sprocket normally, and the lubricating part is injected with lubricant as required.
