Double Shaft Mixing Extruder
The two stirring shafts are driven by a coupling, and a stirring knife is installed on the stirring shaft. When working, the two stirring shafts both rotate inwards. a) Before driving, check the movement of each transmission mechanism and the fastening of the connection, the elastic degree of the triangle tape.
b) Check all moving parts and joints for oil leakage before lubricating oil injection. For the reducer and transmission box, Use L-CKD220# lubricating oil when the ambient temperature is between -10 and 20 degrees, and L-CKD320# heavy load closed gear oil when the ambient temperature is between 10-45 degrees.
c) Check the air pressure of the air pump, adjust the air pressure to 0.6~0.9 MPa, check the working condition of the pneumatic clutch.
d) Check whether the operation is smooth, whether there is abnormal sound and vibration, whether there is a rub and so on.
e) Check whether the clutch is engaged smoothly, separated thoroughly and operated flexibly.
f) Ensure that all the temperature rising of each bearing is less than 35°C.
g) Check and adjust the deflection angle of the stirrer, according to the raw material condition, the output requirement, the deflection angle of the stirrer can be adjusted between 12°and 25°.
