The machine has large volume and general steel properties, so in order to prevent deformation, the lifting must be carried evenly at four points, and the longitudinal two stress points must cross the two channel steel columns (the transverse two stress points are the two sides of the box).
Gear oil should be added into reducer box, lithium-based butter into gear and the chain before use. The lower end of the box shall be fitted with rubber and the rubber shall be attached to the tape. Apply the wire rod to adjust the deviation of the tape. Bearing should always add butter (usually once every three months).
Pull rods are generally made of A3 steel, do not use hard and brittle material to avoid breaking off, for it may fall into the next process to damage the machine. The rods shall be covered with iron fences to ensure the safety of personnel.
